Sandy Hageman Kangas
Sandy grew up in sunny Miami Beach, Florida, and went on to a career in nursing. An alum of University of Miami, she went on to get her Masters at DePaul and her Doctors at Georgia State University. She is an accomplished choir singer (alto), loves children and music, so she founded and grew Mini Minstrels (a school licensed to teach Kindermusik classes to newborn babies thru 7 year-old children) shortly after moving to North Bend, Washington; today, Mini Minstrel's four instructors teach more than 150 children each semester. Sandy spends most of her time mothering her son Gabriel and preparing for the birth of her daughter Katarina. Of course, she enjoys traveling on mini-adventures with her family, and has been on several over the past few years.
